Review: Bamboo toothbrushes

I can't even begin to imagine how many plastic toothbrushes are in land fill or the ocean, it is a very scary thought. (Apparently the figure is over 3.5 billion...)

Our household has just switched over to eco friendly bamboo toothbrushes and we are all very impressed.

I purchased a pack of six and they come in different colours, which is always useful.

The bristles work well, the handle is comfortable to hold and basically it does the job, just without all the nasty plastic.

They also come in recyclable cardboard packaging.

The Blurb:

Handcrafted & Splinter Free - All our toothbrushes are handcrafted and we choose to use bamboo wood as it naturally repels water, ensuring these toothbrushes will not splinter when wet!

Bamboo Wood - Did you know that bamboo is the fastest growing plant on earth! Under appropriate climate conditions, bamboo can grow to over 3 feet in height in just 24 hours!bamboo grows up to 1 meter a day, our bamboo toothbrushes offer you a green alternative to single-use plastic toothbrushes.

Panda Friendly - EcoSlurps chooses to make all of our Bamboo Toothbrushes from 100% biodegradable Moso Bamboo, a type of Bamboo that pandas don't eat!
