There are so many aspects of Rachel’s latest book that I found relatable: outward factors that you can’t control impacting your spirituality, suddenly not having access to trusted paraphernalia, and feeling adrift for a number of reasons. That feeling of not being able to connect in the right way, in the familiar way, or in a way that makes sense to your path; it’s all very real and, I’m sure, so familiar to anyone who is on a genuine and ongoing spiritual or magical journey. This book reminds you that you’re not alone, that it’s normal to feel disconnected from time to time, but more importantly, how to cultivate real, effective daily practice in ways that make sense to you. New practitioners and experienced witches alike will get something from this book, from poetry to tarot to breathwork; it’s a magical treasure trove and one I will happily dip into time and again.
