Magical Self Care: Everyday Ritual to Combat Fear




The daily roar is a little ritual that can help you to start your day feeling fearless and full of courage.


Pick an animal that you feel is strong and courageous, one that has little to no fear.


The lion is a good example, but pick one that you feel a connection with.


If you have the space for a little altar that you can dedicate to the animal, great!

Otherwise just visualise the animal in your mind.


Then roar out loud. Yep, get vocal.


Feel the energy of the sound coming up from the earth, through your feet, coursing through your veins, and out through your mouth.


Give it some energy, a real grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!


Once you’ve roared yourself hoarse, shake your arms and legs, clap your hands a few times, and get your day started.
