I am really impressed with this book. It is very clear that Cat writes from years of personal experience in the field. This isn't just a 'how to' book, it is so much more. Cat takes you through all the different techniques with clear explanations on the workings, history and myths behind each one. She shares her own personal experiences and offers the reader lots of help, advice and exercises to practice and hone your skills. A book packed full with information on the subject but also a useful reference guide and study book to help you on your own psychic journey.
