Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Fudge...chocolate...peanut butter...'nuff said.


400g/14 oz tin of sweetened condensed milk

340g/12 oz dark chocolate chips

360g/12.7 oz peanut butter - I like to use crunchy peanut butter, but smooth would work


Line an 8" square tin with tin foil.

Melt the condensed milk and chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.

Stirring occasionally.

Add in the peanut butter and mix to combine.

Pour into the prepared tin.

Chill in the fridge for at least an hour.


Option

Sprinkle roasted peanuts or chocolate chips over the top before you chill.
