Despite popular opinion that I live on cake and cookies, I honestly don't!
I do like a good smoothie but can never be bothered to make them at home. However, I discovered Love Struck who provide individual bags of frozen smoothie ingredients. You just add milk, coconut water, fruit juice or water and whizz it up on the blender.
You can choose the individual flavours that you want - they do smoothies and shakes. They all come in frozen and are delivered to your door. Chuck the bags in the freezer and take one out when you want it. Add your liquid of choice and blitz.
My favourite so far been the Black Magic smoothie - blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry, blueberry, activated charcoal and banana. Even the Avo G-Go one surprised me with how lovely it was - mango, spinach, broccoli, avocado, coconut, ginger and lime.
But to be honest they have all been delicious. Although the one with turmeric in was not really to my taste.
Highly recommended for taste and convenience.
