You may have seen my other reviews for etsy supplier Caros Creams - if you haven't do have a look, they sell the most amazing products.
One of their new items is magnesium sleep cream. Having struggled for a long while now with chaotic sleep patterns (thanks peri menopause) I thought I would give it a try.
This is the blurb:
Directions: apply approximately 1/2 a teaspoon daily to your feet and ankles, especially in areas of thin skin, such as between the toes. It then works overnight night to transport Magnesium straight to your nervous system - helping you sleep a deeper and more restorative sleep overnight. Doing this daily should restore Magnesium levels within a week, then you just need reapply once a week to keep levels topped up.
I found that within a couple of nights I was sleeping better and now a week later I have had consistently good nights.
