Magical Self Care: Everyday Ritual for Changes

Transitions and changes are often just different ways of doing things or looking at something from a different perspective.

We can get stuck in a rut or set in our ways with the usual routines.

Try taking a step back and looking at things from a different perspective.

If you feel overwhelmed by changes or are worried about transitions that are happening, this may help.

Settle yourself down in a place you are familiar with or a place where you have a familiar view; it could be your garden or any room in your house.

Now look at it from a different perspective.

You could lie down on the ground and look at the flower bed from a worm’s viewpoint, or you could sit in your living room but pick a different chair than the one you normally sit in.

Once you’ve found a different perspective that is comfortable, spend some time in your new position and take in all the details.

How do things look from another angle?

Now apply that mindset to the changes that are happening in your life.

It will hopefully give you some clarity.
